Players of Call of Duty Mobile are in for a treat with a limited-time event offering extra in-game rewards. The Double COD Points Call of Duty Mobile event will run from July 2 through August 10. Anyone who purchases selected COD Points bundles from the in-game store during this period will receive double the amount. These Points can be spent on cosmetic items or seasonal Battle Passes.

Warzone Mobile Will No Longer Receive Support

While Call of Duty Mobile continues to be a favorite among mobile gamers, Warzone Mobile hasn’t seen the same success. After launching in March 2024 for iOS and Android, it was expected to be another strong mobile entry in the series. However, Activision has announced that support for Warzone Mobile will be ending. No further content updates will be released. Players who already have the game installed can still play, but new users can no longer access it.

New Event Offers Double COD Points in Call of Duty Mobile

This new event gives players the chance to get more value from their in-game purchases. During the event, select COD Points purchases will reward players with double the amount. It’s important to note that COD Points earned in Call of Duty Mobile cannot be transferred to other titles such as Warzone or Black Ops 6. Each game keeps its own balance, so any Points earned must be used within Call of Duty Mobile.

Season 6 Adds Gundam-Themed Content

Launching alongside this event is Season 6, which introduces a special Gundam crossover. Players can enjoy Gundam-themed weapons, cosmetics, and a new limited-time 4v4 Team Deathmatch mode. This version of the mode lets players deploy as iconic Gundam-based operators:

• Ethan (Freedom Gundam)
• Reaper (Sazabi Gundam)
• Proton (v Gundamo)
• Deathscythe Gundam (EW)

Each character brings unique abilities to the game, offering fresh strategies and visual styles for matches.

More Updates Coming to Black Ops 6 and Warzone

For fans of other Call of Duty games, the Season 4 Reloaded update brings new content to both Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Highlights include:

• The return of Fringe, a fan-favorite map from Black Ops 3
• Ranked Play Resurgence mode in Warzone
• New cosmetic bundles
• A CODtoons-themed event featuring characters like Beavis and Butthead as operators
